"In our 1st room, the safe was locked; someone came up immediately to open it. Beds were comfortable. Internet service wasn't adequate. The IT person suggested we move to a different room, but though we packed and were ready, it didn't happen. When we were finally moved, it wasn't to the section of the hotel with a better Internet connection. Things kept disappearing and reappearing in our room, like toiletries and the bath mat. Every day, there was at least one thing that wasn't replenished. Front desk staff was nice, but the manager was defensive when we checked out. Good breakfast.
