"The motel was party central for bikers and Route 66 roadies. The room and parking lot were poorly lit, and the furnishings were worn. The AC was noisy enough to wake the dead, but couldn't get the room cooler than 85 degrees. The breakfast room was in an unused guest room, and it was ridiculously small.
