"Close to Balboa Navy Hospital. The room was clean, but the AC was loud and I could hear a lot of traffic noise. Most of the drawers and cabinets were missing their handles. Worst of all, the hotel had no hot water. The staff said the problem would be fixed in 3 hours, but there was still no hot water in the morning. I had booked for 12 days but left after less than 24 hours. Stay somewhere else.2016-09-06"
