"The room was spacious, and breakfast was good. The staff wasn't consistently customer service-oriented, though. We tried calling for hours to inform the staff we'd be arriving late, but we were never able to get through. When we arrived, the hotel clerk said she'd used the phone and it worked fine. The heating and cooling unit was so loud it interrupted our sleep. Never got our requested wake-up call. Even though the room rates weren't cheap, we also had to pay for parking.
