"Great location, but our room was never serviced. We informed the hotel clerk and were told someone would come clean it. We waited and finally went to the front desk, but the clerk said housekeeping was gone for the day. We did get clean towels to take back to our dirty room. When we told the checkout clerk, we were offered a $10 gift card for a fast-food restaurant.2016-03-19"
