"I arrived at the hotel at about 10 PM and there was no one at the front desk. 5 minutes later, the clerk appeared and was nice and apologetic. Housekeeping took my dirty towels but didn't replace them or service the room. When I told the clerk, she sent someone to clean my room. I might consider other options next time.2019-02-26"
