"No one was at the front desk when I arrived at the motel, so I had to wait to check in. There were spider webs in my room, and I found a bug in the shower. When I checked out, again I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. The clerk apologized when I told him about the cobwebs and bug, but didn't offer a discount.2017-11-07"
