"A no-frills hotel. The room needed better soundproofing; we could hear noise from surrounding rooms. The mattresses were too soft and sagged in the middle. The pillows were also too soft, and there were only 3 on the bed. The thermostat didn't work, and the bathroom electrical outlet didn't, either. The breakfast attendant was rude.
