"We called and were told early check-in was no problem, but when I called to confirm, I was told it would cost an extra $20. The hotel room was dirty and smelled like smoke, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. I found a firecracker inside the water storage part of the coffee pot. 2017-08-22"
