"The fridge in my room didn't work and had to be replaced. We heard a vibrating noise every 5-7 seconds; we reported it to the front desk, but the issue was never resolved. The bathtub stopper didn't work; I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I got dressed and went down, but no stoppers were available. No hair dryer in the room, so I had to go back to the front desk to get one. The hotel clerk finally offered me another room at 10 PM, but by then it was too late, but I got another room the next day. I was only offered a $25 reduction in the room charge.2019-10-21"
