"The hotel needed to be refurbished. The room was clean, and the view was nice. The glass in several areas had lots its vacuum and was cloudy. Check-in was a zoo, and my room wasn't ready on time. Parking was challenging and involved crossing Atlantic Blvd. Not enough luggage carts. An OK place to stay, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice.2023-05-15"

"Good location. We had a pleasant hotel stay. All the employees were kind and responded quickly to any issues. The toilet in our room made a strange noise, and it was fixed within an hour of my reporting the problem. No TV guide in the room, and the cable TV selection was poor.
