"Convenient to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Inexpensive. The room and amenities were as expected for a 2-star hotel. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom was tiny. The staff was friendly. The phone didn't work, but we didn't need it. The check-in desk was in the parking lot, so we had to go outdoors to reach it, and also had to go out to reach the elevator. The pool was tiny and right next to the parking lot, with just a fence for separation. Adequate for a short stay.2016-04-12"

"Hotel door was locked and the lobby was dark when we arrived just after 4 AM - after pounding on the door, we finally called 911; police officer shined light in window, and a clerk came and let us in - he said he was working in back, but it was obvious he'd been sleeping, and he initially gave us the wrong room key - room was nicely laid out - ceiling fan in the bedroom was filthy - shower wasn't cleaned our 2nd day - weekend clerk apologized, but the manager never did - don't recommend=2014-05-01"
